I don’t know if this is just a black sheep OPI orrrr
This texture is super milky and watery. It doesn’t go on well at all. You need coats and coats bc it is so watery. And even then it doesn’t look very good and uniform. I also bought a blue color to match a color I had used on my toes that my mom has, and although they are the same name, I swear the color I received is lighter. I wonder if they are true OPI...
