Nice piece of cookware!
I've only used this pan a handful of times, bu so far, I'm loving it! Eggs slide out easily. Pancakes come out great. My world famous chicken broccoli rice pilaf cooked up quickly and evenly. Pan always burns, junk

A good pan, well built
Have now had this pan for two years. Have used it in the oven as well as on top. It is not as "non-stick" as it was when it was brand new, but it is still way better than my stainless steel high end pans that need a lot of scrubbing. I think that is because I kept putting it in the dishwasher with very hot water, use scrubby pads on "spots" that it lost sum of slippery luster, but it's still highly recommendable. I read other reviews that said "they don't last" but this one seems to have done well, any loss of "function" is likely my fault. Glad I bought it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works as advertised
Made a bit cheaper than would be ideal, the bottom is too thin so scorching can occur as the bottom doesn't spread the heat well. So, you need to keep the food moving and not leave even at low. Beyond that the non-stick is superb.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

One of the few good Infomercial products
Super slick surface on a reasonable quality metal pan. I'm a sucker for a no stick pans and for the money this one is the best. I used this thing almost daily for 2-3 months on fried eggs, omelets, burgers, veggies, grilled cheese, stir fry. Nothing stuck. Not until I started washing it in the dishwasher. I also scorched it while empty on the stove for a few minutes at the highest setting. Can't say what killed the slick surface but it's gone. Pan looks like new but for $20 and the ease of cleaning and cooking I've already tossed it and ordered two more. My only complaint is more of a learning curve.
