I purchased this pillow to help my neck pain after a car accident because my regular pillow was adding to my discomfort. I love it ! It's firm yet moldable around my neck and took off the pressure I was getting from sleeping on my regular pillow. I noticed a difference the first night ! The only down side was Don't wear earrings while sleeping on it as they stick on the fabric when you roll over. It had a slight odor after coming out of the bag but it wasn't gross and I used it anyhow. It's the perfect size for me as I'm 5'1 and only need it for my neck comfort and shoulders, and it's only slightly smaller then a regular pillow so no big deal esp since I don't toss and turn while sleeping. It's so comfortable I'm going to purchase another one to keep on my couch too . Because of the moldability I can also prop it behind my lower back while sitting up with no pressure points and also while leaning my head back for support. I like it..Its smaller than a regular sized pillow, and thats because it was designed as a head and neck support item..It travels well..bed to living room to rv and camping..
