excellent product
I made two coconut custard pies for Thanksgiving. I only purchased one silicone pie shield. The recipe called for baking the pie for 15 minutes and then covering the outer edges of the pie shell and baking it for an additional 35 minutes. I followed the directions and finished making one pie. It looked so beautiful. I removed the pie shield and let it cool. I then started baking the second pie and followed the directions again.
