Bought 2 and its function as a booster seat is fine. But be willing to remove them after use, which is an inconvenience because they are heavy after filled with water. Problem is they don't stay secured to the seating areas of the hot tub. One of them had 1 faulty suction cup that was convex instead of concave so I thought it would have difficulty staying attached but the other one also became detached. Doesn't seem like a big deal until we hear this weird sound coming from our hot tub because the pumps are starving for water because the seat came loose and blocked the intake port. Moved it to a spot where it had the least amount of water flow trying to move it and it still did it. I hope it didn't do anything to the tub pump or heater while it ran starved for water flow. Needless to say, we no longer use them.
I am handicapped and needed a booster seat for my built-in shower seat. The only thing that I could find that might possibly work was this booster seat designed for a hot tub. I filled it with water, as suggested, but is way too wobbly to sit on. Will try to fill It with air next. Hope that I can get it to work for a job other than what it was intended for.
This seat works as well as the one I previously bought at four times the price. the suction cups holding the seat in place tend to release between uses but a small inconvenience. Easy to fill and comfortable to sit on. Great buy.
