Great Chair!
I have bought a few heavy duty chairs and found none of this high quality period. Nothing was plastic except for the caps for the arm screws and the wheels. I bought roller blade wheels instead.This chair is the most comfortable I have ever owned.. At first I didn't think it tilted back but soon I found If I pulled the lever out it unlocked the tilt and loosend the tension screw it works just fine. GREAT JOB Hercules !!
