Crockpot Essential
Fits perfectly in my oval Rival crockpot. It is very sturdy; much better than most wire racks. It is high enough to hold the meat above the fat. Cooked a duck for Christmas and it was perfect. The only improvement that could have been made to the product would be to add handles. I improvised my own from some heavy copper wire, and the rack was sturdy enough to lift the bird out of the pot in one perfect piece.
