I give this item a thumbs up in general, and i chose "yes" on the "good-value?", although i do think the item should be priced more near 50, possible $60. Yes they are no longer in production, yes they are essential in being able to an old wall oven unit, and yes there are those that charge more (up to $200, BUT $115 is still a bit high on price imo).
