Very good replacement
I'm sure it was an exact match for the one that was on the motor and broken, but it seemed more substantial. Very good gaskets, not the cheep minimal ones that often come with replacement parts. This is a stupid design with the carb bolted to the block on one side and to this plastic heat shield on the other. It's a repair waiting to happen. When it does, I hope that I can get another one of these because, short of a better design, it's exactly what's needed. It came quickly, too. Better design than original part.
Better design than original part. You know why you are buying this part, because you stripped out the hole that the right carb bolt threads into. This design has a bolt coming from the engine side, so no plastic to strip the threads on. You will need an additional M6 x 1mm nut.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
