Love it!
It came with 2 sizes of bands. The directions were easy to follow to get started and then the app explained anything else. It seems to be fairly accurate. If I wear it and have my phone on me all day, they seem to have similar step counts. I love the silent alarm feature. I can set reminders for myself and it doesn't distract from whatever else is going on. Love the waterproof feature!
I love that it is waterproof, since I do all my workouts in the water. It would be great if it would track the Aqua-aerobics better and the steps in the pool better. However overall it does a great job. One thing that I wish was changeable is the type of food tracking that is done. It tracks calories only, not carbs, points, etc. I do a Whole 30 and Paleo diet as it works best for my body, but you can't track that so the food feature is useless to me. Does its job!
Haven't tested the "swim" benefit, but hoping this Fitbit lives up to its word....which Fitbit usually does. Flex2 is lightweight, must get manual online to understand lighting system, but it's easy. I agree with people who say the charge doesn't last long (I had the One before--great charge length).
