The dual-electric fan relay switch assembly...
This relay assembly has the ability to independently control 2-ea. 15-amp dual speed fans, by an adjustable heat activated temp bulb for one of the relays , and/or seperate trigger circuits for both of the relays... It is a neat package that can fit in a place within 36" of the point of where the heat sensor is located... When installed correctly, it can look like a sanitary OEM type of equipment that the vehicle came with... I installed one on a 1986 Jeep Wrangler , with a 14" wide Hayden electric fan in front of the A/C condensor... We retained the OEM clutch fan behind the OEM radiator and modified the OEM fan shroud for improved performance...This vehicle used to have a problem with overheating in the 115°F. desert heat of Tucson,AZ. - especially when going slow and the A/C was switched on.... It ALWAYS had this issue as long as the owner had the vehicle (25 years). Not any More!!! We even tested it when the vehicle was climbing steep hills in the heat, at slow speeds with the A/C running... No more overheating issues!!! Hayden 3654 Two Speed Fan Controller
Well if their two speed fans were still available I could possibly say this is a great or good product, but since Hayden no longer makes a two speed fan and I can't seem to find one the only thing I can say is this is a normal two fan controller. So far it seems to work as it should (not a two speed fan but just a regular two fan controller), not exactly what I was looking for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
