    Very handy light weight ramps.

Use 2 pair of these on my BMW X5. Have 2 more pair up north. --You want to center up the vehicle closely on these to even out the load--. Also it is a MUST that these ramps be backed up with jack stands or floor jacks for SAFETY. These have crushed on occasion, my thinking is the load was not centered properly. Use those Jack Stands each and every time to stay safe! These ramps stack very nicely for out of the way storage. They also stay in place much better than my metal ramps where I had to drill holes and insert temporary bolts in the concrete garage floor to prevent forward slide of the ramp as you drive on. VERY DANGEROUS is one ramp slides ahead of the others, leaving your vehicle only partially on one ramp. ALWAYS back down and reline the ramps up again!!! A clean floor with no dirt or grit will greatly help. A good wet mopping once a year will clear this. Overall I like these ramps very much, but always use with caution, backed up by JACK STANDS!!! Jack stands are dirt cheap and often found on CL for $10-20 a pair. A vehicle with good ground clearance will allow you to use 4 of these ramps and drive up on all 4s, for level, easy access to the entire vehicle! Very nice when doing that. I gave a 4 rating instead of 5 for wishing they were slightly thicker and stronger.

Ramps are a poor value for the money - do not trust the 16,000 lbs claim look to another manufacture

Ramps are to be 16,000 lbs - Ford expedition does not feel safe on them - used them on gravel and they bowed and started to cave in on first use - must be used on concrete to be safe - even then they are scary - I have a set of 12,000 lbs and they feel safer - I have a F-250 weighs 7,000 lbs and will not put it on the 16,000 ramps - if you buy be careful

  • Better than my old steel ones.

Lighter weight than the old steel ramps, stackable and also stand on-end to minimize the garage floor space occupied when stored. I perceive them to be less stable than the steel ramps when the wheel is not centered on them (side-to-side), so I definitely use jack stands as back-up support / precaution.

  • Wish I had these a long time ago

Had the fastest oil change I've ever done. I have an 1991 RX-7 convertible that has very low ground clearance. I put thin rubber mats under each ramp to give them a little more ground traction. I had a spotter and getting the car up on the ramps was very easy and quick. Had enough extra height to easily crawl under the car to drain the oil. I look forward to using them to do other under car maintenance, including more oil changes.

  • Best car ramps ever!!!

Traded in my old metal ramps for these Rhino Ramps. One of the metal ramps started to collapse with my truck on it. The Rhino Ramps are light weight, strong and durable. Holds a lot more weight and has the right length and angle for smaller, low to the ground cars. They also interlock with each other taking up less space. Great product!!!

  • Good Ramps

They are nice Ramps for the cost but its misleading on the 16000 lbs it can hold and would be nicer if they were a little bit higher but for the cost can't beat it to change oil.

  • Can't change a tire or do any brake work.

Go big or go home. Buy the 16,000 lb Rhino Ramp Max. If you buy the 12,000 lb ramp, later, you will wish you had the version rated with a higher capacity. These are the best. A must have for every homeowner.

  • Stronger?

Odd that it looks the same as my 12,000lb ramps, but had a 16,000lb rating. My old ones lasted for over 5 years before cracking on the ends. So far they work with a 5,227lb GMC Sierra. You guys buying them for heavy RVs may need to think about upgrading to metal ramps to be safe.

  • RhinoGear Ramps Work Just Fine

Put them down in garage and attempted to drive onto them with F150. When half way up the ramp they slid forward on my smooth concrete garage floor. Moved out to driveway which is rough concrete and was able to drive up onto the ramps with no problem at all. The ramps stack for easy storage and they are light weight. Hard to believe they will hold 16000 lbs.... but they work just fine for my f150 supercrew 5.4L V8.
