Gives you plenty of great info and encouragement with facts and true stories that are relatable. It was easy to read yet we gained a lot of useful knowledge and better understand KETO. We wanted a book that was medically researched and not filled with recipes and this was a great choice. I've bought 2 more to give away, one to our doctor and another to our son in holistic medicine. This is a book I will read again.
