Drainzit life saver
Generator installed on roll-out track of generator compartment of an enclosed car hauler trailer. Almost impossible to get to drain plug, or place any type of catch pan under the drain, as the roll-out track obstructed the drain. Installed Drainzit hose in engine in place of stock drain plug, which allowed me to curve the hose 90-degrees, and place hose into a hole in generator mounting plate. Now easy to roll out generator, place drain pan under the generator mounting plate, open cap on Drainzit, and oil drained!!! Easy oil change.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good and much needed product on so many pieces of equipment.
A much needed item on Hondas and other brand engines now being manufactured. This hose allows the drained oil to be directed right into a container without oil running all over the frame and onto the ground. Fixes Honda Snowblower Oil Change Headaches

Bought two first one installed fine. Second one snapped right off at finger tight
As others mentioned, the brass connector is not suitable for the task. Too soft. Snapped off while tightening it with my finger. Note that I purchased two of these. The first one installed just fine even though I had used a wrench to tighten it just over finger tight. But now I am very worried about the first one snapping off while the generator is running.
