Needed to be modified to work
This tool needs to be modified to actually do the job. I was going to return it but I needed something to cut my 4 inch pipe. Where the handle pivots on the cutter, I had to use a hack saw to trim off about an eighth of an inch so the cutters could cut the pipe. Otherwise it never could have worked. After I modified the tool it cut perfectly.
