I primarily bought this because I wanted a good immersion blender anyway, and it wasn't much more to get the full processing station. I don't need a food processor on a regular basis, but they come in handy on occasion.
The detachable motor seems quite sturdy, with good power. The range of speeds is useful for dealing with different things. Fifteen is maybe a wee bit excessive, but it's better than not enough. LOVE the plug on cord - there's a finger loop to make unplugging it hassle-free even with sticky hands. It's also very comfortable to grip.
The blender is very effective - pureed a pot of soup in maybe a minute. No problem attaching/detaching, cleaned up easily, and no worries about scratching the bottom of the pan.
The processor is the only other part I've used so far, but it seems pretty solid. Love the fact that there are minimal inserts to keep track of: two discs, and one set of choppers. The grating disc is reversible (large & small), and the slicing disc smoothly adjusts for a range of thicknesses from paper thin to thick slabs.
The stand is incredibly helpful & very compact. Only annoyance there is that there isn't a dedicated slot for the whipping attachment. You're supposed to lay it loose across the top, but I mostly don't bother & just keep it in a nearby drawer.
This makes quick work of any food prep. I was surprised at the relatively large chute for slicing and shredding foods! Slicing blade is adjustable too. I sliced a whole bowl of cucumbers perfectly in about one minute. I hope it lasts.
