  • Hands down, the best bang for the buck

Have tried several other brands of scopes, even the real cheap ones from China. My father always told me, you get what you pay for, and most cases, he was correct, but not here. For a third of the price of the top brands, you can match the quality. The clarity will match Leopold or Zeiss, considered the Roles Royce, and Vortex started the unconditional, unlimited, life time warranty which makes them the leader in the industry. With a decent rifle, this scope will hold zero better than any scope I have had and is a tack driver at 200 yards.

  • Excellent, lower budget scope.

I've been shooting nothing but Vortex scopes for the past 5 years. All my rifles are topped with some flavor of Vortex optic. I have precision bench rifles wearing the Rayzor, hunting rifles wearing everything from the bottom end Crossfire, right through to the Viper. I have yet to have a single complaint about any model. The cheapest Crossfire (to my eyes) is as clear at 500yds as the high dollar Leicas I used to shoot. The only performance difference I've noticed is at extended range. My Razor & Vipers are completely clear at 1300yds As a general hunting scope, I can find NO fault with the Crossfire range. I actually prefer them to the Diamondback. Very clear, repeatable zero change, instinctively placed hash marks on the BDC reticles. All in all, the best value scopes on the market today.

  • Vortex = great

Vortex Scopes absolutely clear and very easy to adjust. I bought 4 and after mounting on customers rifles they looked great ! But that's only half the story------ when all came to pick up guns they were amazed. So much so, I was invited out for a few drinks and dinner. Thanks guys ! I"ve been a gunsmith since 1973 and all we talked about all night long was guns and Vortex scopes !!!

  • PREMIUM QUALITY,AFFORDABLE, SOLID.

This scope is a great buy for the money, easy to use ,great eye relief, clear glass, and relatively light. The magnification is accurate and fast to achieve, you will benefit from a scope ring to assist with the magnification adjustments. It handles 30-30 recoil with no problems with a quality mount it holds zero well. Warranty is one of the best in the business. I own three vortex scopes and one red dot, they just make fine reliable products.

  • Best scope for the money!

I had no idea how great these scope were till I tried one myself. The men in my family and close friends have really been talking them up so I broke down to give them a try. I’m very impressed with the BDC version of these scopes, especially in low light. I have purchased 2 of these in the past 2 months. I’m running the 3-9 x40 Crossfire ii on my Ruger .243 and my Savage 22lr. Save your hard earned dollars and buy a Vortex.

  • Clear and consistent

I'm in my 60's and avid hunter. I own Ziess, Nikon and Burris scopes. I bought this scope for my new 20ga Ithaca Deerslayer III. The Scope tracked very well while dialing it in at 25 and 100 yards. The glass is clear and is equal to my Ziess made in West Germany and my Nikon Monarch scopes. Looking across the marsh grass 700-1000 yards behind my house. The reticle focus or "fast focus" is very nice. I was able to read every word at the bottom of the target while sighting in. I've only had it on a few days, so only time will tell. I'd buy another one without hesitation! Thanks JT

  • they have a good rep for a reason

with any scope what is really needed is to hold zero! The rest means nothing without that. Vortex so far has never let me down. I do love the huge Diopter and clarity is always way better than I need. This was an extremely good deal for the price. Haven't shot this one yet but with all the vortex i have and just can't be any happier

  • Good scope

I mounted this scope on my CVA 50 cal. muzzle loader without any issues. Making the sight adjustment was easy and accurate. The reason I did not give 5 starts is that I need more time to see if it performs to expectations with age and that the reticle does not move.
