Not user friendly!
First, this was obviously a refurb and I don't remember that in the description. It came with no start-up or detailed instructions. It is very difficult to get to and to set the Settings. Faulty/broken
Just opened this up as I was going to set it up for as a gift. The frame has dents and chips, and the display has two blue lines (like a cracked tv) that distorts the pictures.
