Finally a great cookbook of healthy low carb recipes that are easy to prepare and to cook and that taste amazing. I never knew there were so many great tasting alternatives that are so satisfying. The cravings for all of the bad junk food have disappeared! The best perk is being more aware and mindful about food choices and realizing " you are what you eat". If you are told by your doctor to go on Atkins or any other low carb diet this is an excellent cookbook to help you along your way.
