This phone is much larger than I thought it would be, such that I laughed upon first seeing it. It is not just a thicker version of a flip phone; it is also longer top to bottom. Solid phone, bad battery
Really wanted to love this purchase but unfortunately the battery life isn’t up to par. Only last me a day if I’m lucky and that’s with minimal calling and messaging. Have little choice but to purchase another battery at this point. Which makes this phone a less attractive buy. Solid Rugby Replacement
After AT&T shut off my 3G Samsung Rugby suddenly, I needed a new flip phone that is solid. The one AT&T wanted to substitute was cheap and flimsy. I have no use for a smart phone as incoming and outgoing calls are all I need in a phone. The Sonim has a lot of features I don't need and getting used to it takes some time. Call and voice quality are fine and no issues with battery life. Loud volume is great in a noisy enviroment. This is just the best flip phone
I love this phone- it's everything I wanted- a flip phone, only slightly smarter- so I'm not staring at a phone all the time, but if I need to google something or check my facebook quick I can. The flashlight is super bright too. I used to love the Kyocera DuraXE but went through 3 of them cuz the camera would always end up failing on it so I thought I'd try something different and I'm glad I did. This is slightly better than the kyocera, but a little cheaper and hopefully lasts longer. This is my second Sonim XP3. Once you figure out their little differences to other phones they are fine and durable. I am having a problem porting my contacts from an identical phone and am having a hard time contacting the manufacturer. It should port any android phone.
