Great optic for any caliber, beginner shooter or experienced!
Great optic! Crystal clear and tons of goodies to go with it. Zero stop is a game changer when competing and need to get back to zero quickly. I now have this on 2 different rifles and have 2 other Vortex products on 2 others. It may not be a good as a Razor, but for the price point, it's hard to beat. Matched with Precision Matched Vortex rings (I use extra high rings on both of my Strike Eagles as they are on 30 and 40 MOA rails so I can use the Vertical adjustments to the fullest and then some), it's a game changer. Tough as a tank (only downside I've found is the weight coming in at just over 40 0z.), and built to last. It also comes with an unconditional lifetime warranty. The scope is rugged and tough. The 56mm objective lens allows enough light to provide a bright reticle even in low light. The tube is a little longer than I thought it would be and it is a little heavier than most other scopes so be remember this when figuring a mounting solution. The MOA reticle is great for long distance shooting, but may be a little much if hunting is your primary concern but can be used for either. Worth the money not sure so sure.
Like the scope its clear easy to adjust and sight in, theres only two things i didnt like 1st. the center dot is so small it can barely be seen. 2nd. on a clear nice sunny day forget about using the lighted feature you wont see it even on the brightest setting

Good Optic
Pairs well with my left handed Bergara B-14 HMR in 6.5 Creedmoor. I used it to replace a first gen Vortex Viper PST. Glass is clear and all adjustments seem solid so far. I’ve only had it out once to sight in the rifle but so far so good.

The 5x25x56 Strike Eagle FFP Scope has feature that you expect in a high quality scope. Its very clear at all magnifications. The scope tracts really well.
