Wonderful
William Gay is one of the best, right up there with Cormac McCarthy and the world will miss his genius. This is a great book and is highly recommended. It sparkles with his amazing ability to bring characters to life. I hated to see this book come to an end.

I hate to see that evening sun go down so I can't finish reading his stories and go to bed.
This is an awesome book by an awesome writer. RIP, William Gay, who wrote beautifully and simply like Faulkner and Hemingway. Every story is fabulous.
