If you want to get a real good wireless chat and excellent sound experience with no paying more, this is your chance. First, Turtle Beach is a specialist brand in developing headsets which means they really know what they are doing. Second, Turtle Beach Headset Stealth 500X is the second best headset for Xbox One. Also, you will be able to hear and talk completely wireless enjoying a 7.1 DTS sound experience. Finally, I think this is a really good deal because of the price. In addition, I must say this product is refurbished but it does not mean it is bad. It is almost like to get a new headset. Great set of headphones AND MIC
For XBOX One they sound fantastic and the mic is as clear as your could ever want, everyone asks what kind of mic/headset I have because it is so clear. Has tons of preset modes, sound great with Skype on computer and with music. There are presets for gaming, music etc, you will find ones you like! *** A COUPLE OF MUSTS BEFORE YOU START USING THEM: 1. You need to download the PC software and update the headset and the transmitter. Just go to turtlebeach dot com/stealth500x pick the PC software at the bottom, download it, install it, run it. It will tell you what to do from there. All you have to do is plug stuff in when it says too with the two USB cables (not one at a time) when it says and then say yes, yes, yes until done. Even if it needs to install drivers it does it with no hitch, super easy install. 2. You need to go into XBOX audio setup and change the Optical audio out to bitstream and under that Dolby Digital (even though headset says DTS it is using Dolby to do it).Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Great poduct overall
Overall it is an excellent product. The sound quality is fantastic, they are comfortable , and they can be used with other devices. The only negative I have found is the auto off feature if you don't have the volume turned up loud enough or use the mic fast enough. A Near Miss
I bought this product to play/talk with my friends on Xbox Live. It works great for solo missions, providing an immersive experience. However, my friends complained about my volume in the chat. I was always muffled or too quiet. I attempted to change setting on my end to no avail. Easiest option was to just use a cheaper, generic headset to talk with them. Since I purchased this item specifically with the idea of playing hours of FPS with them ... the purchase didn't quiet pan out for me.
