Abbott Elementary is about a group of Philadelphia dedicated teachers, that navigate the public school system together. It is done in a mockumentary format, similar to Modern Family and The Office. It's entertaining and funny in parts and there are 13 episodes. A documentary crew records the lives of the teachers, working in underfunded schools including Willard R. Abbott Elementary School. The running time of this DVD TV Series is: 282 minutes approximately.

Elementary Grade School version of Parks and Recreation
The acting is decent and it does a good job of showing the hardships of being an Elementary teacher in the same vein as The Office or Parks and Recreation. But the jokes are not quite up to the level of the series which came before it. Not a bad show for season 1, but with so much other content out there to watch I am not sure I will keep watching this series. Grade = B
