Great product! Easy fit for my 2002 YZ250
Easy bolt in for the 2002 YZ250! Airbox fits great to the carb. just had to put new bolt and nuts at the bottom part for the side covers since the old fasteners does not fit but no big deal. Great kit!

Not best fitment
If you’re converting/ face lifting any pre 2015 models, the instructions are not the best and the fitment isn’t that great either. I had a UFO kit on my ‘06 Yz before this one that bolted up flawlessly and was seamless. This kit had me cutting plastic away on the number plates and drilling holes in the front fender. Two of the holes that were already pre machined on the front fender are very clearly visible in front of the number plate. AND to top it off the front fender is crooked. Set aside at least 2 hours to put this together because you’ll be disappointed if you try to install on a time crunch. I’m honestly shocked at Polisport’s Quality on this one. I’ve always been happy with their products in the past, but this not so much.

Easy fit

Alright but needs improvement
Plastics are good quality fit good besides the front number plate and front fender had to drill my own holes because nothing would match up. I did notice some plastics were already kind off bent and has the different shade of blue.

Love it !!!
I chose the poly sport for the price assuming they are all nearly the same and that it came with an air box . This package does not come with a bracket for the front number but instead zip ties. Also no hardware. For me I had a hardware kit left over from a yz250 and used all the new grommets and bolts from it making the new plastic look even better. I did a little bit of cutting to fit the front number plate(bottom section) to my triple clamps(RG3) and used nut and bolts to mount it. Not a fan of zip ties unless last resort, they dry and crack when you least expect it. Fitment of everything was pretty much spot on!!! However, the front fender holes are not which was not a big deal, just figured where I wanted the front fender( how close to frame) and turned the old fender upside down on the new fender, marked it and drilled. I really Love what the kit has done to my once old looking 02 yz125 to newer looking bike !!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good plastics but could be engineered better
Bought the kit because it included the air box and Was a good price. It’s a good product but I unhappy that I had to modify and drill the front fender and number plate. If you advertise that it fits my bike, it should fit and not require that much modification.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
