1 x Breadboard Expansion Board. 1 x 830 tie-points Breadboard. 2 x Diode Rectifier (1N4007). Super Starter Kit with Tutorial. 1 x LCD1602 Module ( with pin header). 1 x 10pin Male to Female Jumper Wires.
This is great way to get someone you know into Arduino. Buying all the parts individually would cost at least 3-4 times the price, and the Uno is the easiest to setup and start using examples with even though other boards may have more onboard features which could be confusing to start out.
I bought as a beginner kit. The literature inside says to visit their website for membership benefits and builder guides. The website has zero build tutorials and no memberships to be found. It came with an I stall CD which wont install any software or guides. It has hard to navigate files that are hard to read like a pic was taken of a manual from 1 mile away digitally zoomed in.
The kit contents look good but zero idea how it all works.
There is a multitude of parts that seem to be of good quality. The down fall I find is there is nothing to provided to help build anything as far as directions or schematics. A small booklet with a few step by step instructions to get you started on your first couple of things would be nice. After all it says beginners...
Fun and easy aid into the fascinating world of electronics. So far I have ordered numerous similar kits for kids and wannabe kids I know. never too young to start.
