Once a microsoft mail account is created ready to use
Once a new mail account has been created and authorised by Microsoft. I t was quite easy to download and install. It was easier than other versions of Office that I have installed. If your patient and can wait for Microsoft to get itself into gear. It was plain sailing. Great e-buyer and a fantastic price

Best investment in technology!
I have no words to praise this product enough! I have accidentally deleted my entire Microsoft Office and the cheapest one I could find was 25.50 pounds. Then I found this one here! Best choice ever! I use Word and Publisher quite often, so I was amazed to find the whole package so cheap! The product key came within about an hour after I purchased it and it was very easy to install. I checked and every single one of the applications works perfectly! My knowledge in the computers' department is between minimum and nonexistent, so if I had no problems installing it, I'm convinced that nobody should face any problems. I would warmly recommend it to anybody! (I already have to most of my acquaintances :) ) Thank you for being so fast and efficient!

Office 2016 install
All worked as expected. Easy to download and install. As this was an upgrade to version 2007 found it easy to use. Make sure you keep the downloaded exe file in case you need to reinstall the application. The key only works once on the download site.

Really is that simple.
Before purchasing, I asked the supplier for some clarification regarding initial installation and I was replied to by a chap named Kevin. He assured me that as long as I made sure that other versions of Office that I might have on my laptop were uninstalled prior to the installation of "Microsoft Office 2016 Professional", then installing this would not be a problem. He was correct. The download and installation went like a dream and existing files previously saved as ODF files opened seamlessly. Seriously impressed with the prompt reply and professionalism from Kevin and yes, I recommend this product and the provider.
