Uncertain of purchasing already opened boxes; 1 of the 2 brackets were supposed to be identical, but the gap on 1 was 1/2 inch off; also, had to drill wider hole for bracket to fit. eBay not an authorized dealer
The day I received it, I put it together and started to use it. One of the caps that hold a pad on broke as I installed it. The paperwork says it is under warranty but when I called the company they told me it’s not covered because eBay is not an authorized dealer even though it’s a brand new item. Needs work.
A lot of play between front foot and verticl bar in front portion of chair. Too unstable. I had to cut steel strap and arch it so I could hammer them into the space both sides and stabilize the platform. Should be machined not stamped.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Total waist of money!!!!!! Very Very cheap and unstable.
This is a very cheap and poor design . It is very unstable and when your trying to put it in your home it falls over very easy. The only way to fix that and screw anchors bolt in the concrete of your house and they you can't a just it longer or shorter.
