ReviewsThere's something irresistible about this made-for-the-movies tingler. Finn knows how to pleasurably wind us up., Astounding. Thrilling. Lovely and amazing....Finn has created a noir for the new millennium, packed with mesmerizing characters, stunning twists, beautiful writing and a narrator with whom I'd love to split a bottle of pinot. Maybe two bottles--I've got a lot of questions for her.

SynopsisDon't miss AJ Finn's eagerly anticipated new thriller, END OF STORY! "As the plot seizes us, the prose caresses us. . . [Finn] has not only captured, sympathetically, the interior life of a depressed person, but also written a riveting thriller that will keep you guessing to the very last sentence." -- Washington Post The #1 bestseller that gripped the world, selling millions of copies around the globe - a tour-de-force Hitchcockian thriller about an agoraphobic woman who believes she witnessed a crime in a neighboring house. It isn't paranoia if it's really happening . . . Anna Fox lives alone--a recluse in her New York City home, unable to venture outside. She spends her day drinking wine (maybe too much), watching old movies, recalling happier times . . . and spying on her neighbors. Then the Russells move into the house across the way: a father, mother, their teenaged son. The perfect family. But when Anna, gazing out her window one night, sees something she shouldn't, her world begins to crumble and its shocking secrets are laid bare. What is real? What is imagined? Who is in danger? Who is in control? In this diabolically gripping thriller, no one--and nothing--is what it seems. Twisty and powerful, ingenious and moving, The Woman in the Window is a smart, sophisticated novel of psychological suspense that recalls the best of Hitchcock., Don't miss AJ Finn's eagerly anticipated new thriller, END OF STORY ! • Finn Skillfully Leads You Astray

Everything the critics write is true. It’s well written, an interesting idea, with a plot that makes it hard to put down. It also happens to be a fast read, and I’m not a fast reader. But if you don’t want to get into the head of a neurotic alcoholic, then it might not be for you. I usually have to care about at least one character to like a book. This one certainly draws you in even if you don’t like her. And when you get to know her, she makes sense. I definitely recommend The Woman in the Window.

  • One of the best books I have read in a long while

Wow. What a story. Never saw the twists and turns coming. A real mind blower but so worth reading. Totally enjoyed reading and recommend highly. One of the best books I have read in a long while. I read between one and two books a day as I am retired and recently lost my husband. If you only read one book this year - think about reading this one. It is well worth your time and I don't think you will be disappointed.
