    This book is very colorful so it catches your eye with beautifully displayed foods. It's hard cover makes it feel almost textbook like in quality. The pictures of the prepared dishes makes you want to start cooking the healthful, delicious meals right away. I love this book and all the ideas for healthy truly healthful meals.

    Recipes require turning pages back & forth....irritating

    The book is nice with a fair amount of pictures but the recipes can be spread out over as many as 3 pages and most recipes REQUIRE you to flip from one page to the next....not fun to use. They should at least have formatted to have a 2 page recipe set across from one another. Also, the majority of the recipes are Middle Eastern in nature which is not always my favorite...I like, but not enough to spend this much in a book dedicated to that regions food. Pictures included...some are appealing and some just look dark. It seems only about half the recipes have a photo. I Live Photo’s because it shows me what to expect and I can conceive of sides to go along with the main based on photos as well as ingredients. Overall, I’m really not impressed with this book and wish I had seen . I pretty much assumed all Forks Over Knives books would be as w9nderful as the others I have, sadly, not with this one, I have included photos of pages 222-231 to show what I’m talking about...I simply opened the book to find this perfect example .
