Bar damaged
Bought this bar . It came with one end of the package damaged. The bolt on that end of the bar was stripped bad threads. I had to have the bar tapped with a 12mm tap to put new threads in it . Then we had to buy a new 12mm bolt and washer. After all that , its a ok barbell but I shouldn't have to repair a new bar . Cheap poor quality
Very poor quality, made in China junk! The bolts that hold on the sleeves, keep coming loose, which makes for a very unstable, unballanced, injury inducing, bar. Once again, another poorly made Chinese product!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

6 foot bar
I was originally looking for a five foot bar but went with the 6 foot for a few extra inches of stretch and it turned out to be the perfect length. 7 feet is too much length and five would of been to short, so 6 seems to be the best for all the different varieties of ways to press and it is shorter so fits in smaller spaces if you have a smaller space to work out in.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The price was one of the lowest available, but quality is low. The end sleeves don't have any bearing or support at end of the bar and the can move up and down. The bar is exactly what I wanted. High quality just like the barbells at the gyms I've trained in. The collars are good but not my preference, but no problem. I already have other collars that I like. My only complaint was the box was not strong enough for shipping. It was torn on one end and the bolt on that end of the barbell had come loose and fell out of the box when I picked it up from the porch.
