Unpleasant smell, I spray water on after application to “add moisture.” Haven’t noticed much improvement in a week, we’ll see.
Advanced Clinicals products have pretty unpleasant scents, that’s for sure. Very chemical-smelling and off-putting. As for the hyaluronic acid cream, it actually feels dry, so what I do is mist my hands with distilled water after applying it, and rub my hands all over, to dilute and add moisture, After that process, it seems to moisturize. Not like regular hand cream. I wash my hands a lot, and that dries them. Thin skin runs in my family, so HLA was recommended to help it plump up.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I am a skin care FANATIC, and although I pay special attention to the skin on my face, that's not where my focus ends. THIS PRODUCT IS OUTSTANDING. It absolutely works as advertised, and I noticed a difference almost immediately. I sometimes mix it with a 12% AHA lotion - the AHA lotion that I have is a pretty good formulation and I love how smoothing it is, but just in general, AHA products are not as deeply moisturizing as I prefer.
