Good, but not great. Best thus far.
First product I purchased lasted 18 months. Does what it is advertised to do, but not really put together great. Stretches out easy and have to continue to adjust. Very uncomfortable and difficult to use
First I'd like to say I thought this product would be satisfactory based other reviews of the Philips Respironics Premium Chin Restraint. I was definitely mistaken, it's not easy to adjust (don't even think about trying to adjust while wearing it) and there is a second strap that's attached with Velcro that goes around the back of your head, it's a nuisance to work with and makes the mask even more difficult to use. The strap will keep your mouth shut if it stays in place during sleep though more often than not you'll awake to find it has come loose. After a week I haven't worn it again. My advice is to look at single strap options that have cutouts for your ears. I understand sizing can be a little trickier with these but stay away from these adjustable straps especially the one noted in this review. For those of you that it works for. My provider gave me a single strap chin strap. Didn't hold tight enough. Read about the Respironics Premium with extra wrap around the back of your head strap. This my second one. not strong enough for big man
Intend to use 2 sewn together fo more jaw closing strength. The older model was like a cloth elastic hoop which had better reports. Good fit but bad materials used. I had a quick skin reaction to this product.

For me it does not accomplish it's designed pupose.

Wasted money on this chin strap.
This chin strap is a huge disappointment. I purchased this product thinking I could trust the Respironics brand name. The materials are cheap, the stitching is inadequate and the adjustable (rear) support strap is worthless. I found a much more durable chin strap (Dwelling With Pride) on Amazon for half the price.
