I had a hard time at first getting my machine to brew correctly but I kept at it until I mastered it. Now I love it!
You need to put in the instructions to purchase number 4 filters to begin with. Once I put the filter in, I had no more problems. i love the feature that lets me program the coffeemaker for the next morning.
