Wears off after 5 hours.
Got this to help both my husband & I sleep better but have found out that it wears off after just 5 hours so we still don't get a full 8hrs of sleep. Even if we take 3 gummies instead of 2, still doesn't last all night. And it doesn't matter what time we take it either, still wears off by 3:00/3:30 AM so we have to take 1 or 2 more to get back to sleep. Was told that this would give us 8hrs of sleep but it doesn't.
