Like brand-new, while having modern niceties
This item was quite surprising from the moment it arrived; the box looked brand new, the packaging inside of the box looked brand new, and even the accessories looked brand new as well, and these are all good things! The earbuds themselves and the charging case barely had any marks on them, and if someone told me that they were never refurbished, I would have believed them. The first impressions were spectacular, and while getting them set up and learning the controls took a bit of time, they operate flawlessly, and I no longer even feel the need to purchase alternative, more expensive earbuds which contain the same features. From active noise cancelling, to ambient awareness features, to even controlling the volume and other features with touch controls, it's quite the capable set. The fit is a bit tight, and might feel a bit bulky for smaller ears, but with the two sets of stability pieces, and three sets of earbud sizes, it's likely they will be able to fit for you. I did have a moment where after extended use, they made my ears sore, but I was really pushing them into 6-8 hours, which isn't entirely recommended for all earbuds. Would be good if it wasn’t broken
I really want to love these, but the quality control on these is abhorrent. The audio often glitches, the earbuds often don’t charge, they have trouble connecting, they’re really bad quality for being “certified refurbished”. Perfect headphones
My music is my sanity. These headphones bring music to my ears. Therefore, headphones are essential to my sanity. These are the best headphones I've ever owned. I've had many brands that are far more expensive but inferior in sound quality. In my opinion there are only 2 brands that are better, and I can not afford either brand. Not satisfied 😕 but oh yea it was cheap
Not user friendly at all. Switched back to my airpods. Sounds quality is good. But unless you read through the Manual very thoroughly, using them will be a challenge. And even after reading the manual the ear buds are still very complicated to use, plus they are very uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing them. Was it worth the 35$?.... Definitely. Would I spend 40$ or more........ HELL NO. Good for cheap ear buds. The first gen airpods are way better and more comfortable and probably only 50$ now so if you have the extra to spend on cheap Buds go with airpods first Gen. Earbuds don’t fit in the charger
When I place the earbuds in the charger, the lid won’t close tightly. I made sure the earbuds are placed in the charger right bud to right charger and left earbud to left charger.
