Get the Santa Cruz shredder!
Santa Cruz Shredder makes the best grinders available! I especially love the three-piece style that eliminates the screen and Kief catcher which are unnecessary in my opinion. The quality and precision grinding are unmatched. The price is high, but you get what you pay for.

Pros - Easy to turn even after going through a large grinding session - Nice finish - Grinds the herbs large medium-medium/large flakes - Large then most storage in the bottom of the grinder, nicely rounded too Cons - Expensive (although, by the build quality, it looks like this product will last a while)
