This is one of the best easy to use and effective home gym equipment. I cant believe is small but mighty and does what it promised to do. My first day of use, because I have all kind of gym machine like treadmill,maxiclimber etc I kind of underestimated it because of the size but oh boy....... I use this more because it can be stored in the room where I watch TV. I can exercise longer when I am distracted by the program that I am watching. I do find that there is a lot of knob turning to do when I want to change the tension. I would wish that it was easier to use this feature. The mat that came with this is a joke.
