better than those 'fizzy types' - good potassium boost too

Good enough. I've had to use about double what I have with the more expensive packets but it works overall. That's cycling 50 miles in 90 degree heat. So I'm hoping it was just that the day was so hot and after a week at work in steel toe boots anddd sweating in the sun 40 hours. Could have just been work fatigue that caused the cramp.
