Life extension magazine is published once a month. It uses world renown consultants to publish research from all over the world. I have books published by them and trust them. The data of research is cited for each supplement or herb on what amount was given , and how often to each participant Enrolled in the study and it’s conclusion at the end. So, I believe they must use this data to decide what would be best to produce for the public and get the best results. You can google the magazine to read their data and it can be subscribed cheaply and delivered to your kindle or other reading device, but you can still find out about these research studies by going to their website. I don’t waste much time ordering things with minute amounts by other producers of supplements. Like I said, it is a total waste of money and time. This supplement really works. Sometimes it is hard to know if a supplement is doing anything, but I surely found out.
