Won't grab every hair. But enough to make it worth buying. Regrowth does need to be long enough to grip. And, like body epilators, you'lll need to go over the same area a few times and at different angles to grab the hairs. (Try holding it upside down, if you're having difficultly making it grip onto hairs.) Doesn't irritate the skin at all, though. So a much better option than waxing. Device is also fairly quiet (unlike normal-sized epilators), so it can be used discreetly.
