Power dehumidfier, collection tank size not as rated
I think the rating of the collection tank as twelve litres is about double the true size. Running overnight in a damp (58-60% humidity according to the indicator), four-room flat, with a target of 40% humidity, the tank will quickly fill and and automatic power cut-out activate. You should plan to run this device with a continuous drain to a bathtub or shower pan. A very short bit of plastic hosing is supplied to use with the continuous drain port (a tab that snaps off and allows insertion of hosing into the tank). It's easy to shuttle from room to room, with caster wheels and a carry handle. Yes it's quiet but you probably wouldn't want to sleep in the same room with it, or even within earshot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

adequate product
this product is very heavy it has casters which makes it easy to push but not on carpets ,the carry handle is handy to help move when on carpet although difficult to access .it blows cold air so does not warm the air in the room ,it takes a long time to dry laundry .we have a different make of dehumidifier which blows warm air ,warms the room as it does the job of removing condensation and dries the laundry in 4 hours .wish we had paid the small amount more and purchased that one instead .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Functional dehumidifier with it own limits
Fast next day delivery and well packaged .A dehumidifier with user friendly interface, although it does extract the stated amount of moisture, with smart button function and energy saving scale in comparison to standard dehumidifier, the let down is that the sleep button does nothing more than turning off the illuminating light without reduction in fan speed.Its perfectly ideal for a medium room but will struggle in larger 3 bedroom house. The laundry function is not a set button but you have to manually decrease the humidifier dail to get that function to work effectively .Also you cannot direct the airflow to specific needs, therefore your laundry may take longer to dry. There's a bit of confusion with the manual,-as I later work it out that the manual supply applies to multiple products mode(reference box picture), so you have to figure out which guide applies to the product you purchase. The air purifier filter is not supplied but carbon filter therefore you have to buy at an additional cost..and for this model which is cd12p-v2 the filter is the most expensive. Unfortunately I'm not able to test the effectiveness of this function at the time of writing the rewiew.I would have prefer to give the review after about 6months of use because by that time one should be able to tell if durability applies. overall it keeps our common room warm without the need to turn on the boiler until we all retire to different room.it dries laundry with a bit of effort, extract good amount of moisture and very useful timer button to help control your needs.No need to worry about water overflow as it shut off when full..if you prefer you connect the supply hose for continuous run.in comparison to big name brands this does the job perfectly better at low energy rating. A quality product at reasonable price.

Superb Product
What a superb item. I live in a very well wall and roof insulated modern 3 bed bungalow, and didn't think I had a damp problem, but in the last few weeks have had a lot of condensation on the windows in a morning. I purchased this, and after running it on and off for a week now the condensation has gone! I can't believe how much water is being removed from the inside of my property. within the first 24 hours I removed three containers full. It doesn't use much electric, my smart meter tells me that, and that extra small cost is offset by the central heating boiler not powering in as much. The bedding doesn't feel cold when retiring for the night, and its also fluffed up my feather and down duvet. Efficient and nice design
I wasn't convinced by the sells claims but I was positively surprised. Specifically the one about helping to dry your laundry but it does and it does it extremely well. No smart features but for me that's preferable as there is no need to install yet another app on your smartphone. On the negative side, the water tank could be a bit bigger. There is an option to bypass it but to do it you have to break a plastic tab with make a visible hole (in the back) if you want to go back to tank only. Overall very nice unit

Amazing
Can't quite believe how good this is! Looks great, very quiet (we have it on just outside our bedroom with the door open and can sleep no probs). Dries my flat out perfectly well and even dries my clothes on a clotheshorse. Plus a air-con feature and air purification for summer time :) I had major damp problems in my flat in winter and this has resolved it. Amazing how much water it collects. Value for money
Did my reviews,brought it and it does the job. A good looking efficient product.Easy to use.Its is slightly louder than our previous dehumidifier BUT soothing in an odd way.We use it I our living room and unless your in there you cannot hear it.It has no vibration at all to it as it is solidly built.I love the easy to operate features especially the timer.It collected a lot of moisture in the first three days of use.it never filled the tank but we had previously been using a dehumidifier which took a lot of humidity out of over the last 5months.We got this one as it was bigger and more powerfull.Delivery was amazing as it arrived within 2days and was very well packaged.The price was excellent to.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very effective dehumidifier
The product is so good at pulling water out of the air. Our flat is always damp with a constant cold feel in the air and on your skin and clothing. As soon as it was switched on the humidity led was red and reading 70%. After just 1 hour it was in the green and humidity down to 55% and damp cold feeling gone!!! Emptied the tank the next day and 2.5 L water collected!! Very impressed!! We can highly recommend the product.

Very quiet, nice looking and well designed.
This little machine is very quiet, you would hardly notice it was on and outside of the room i can't hear it at all. It appears to be well made with quality materials, and looks good. It's also easy to operate with clear instructions. Since I began using it has worked flawlessly and certainly condenses a lot of water each day, which brings me to the only downside which is the size of the water container. I have this running in the cellar and don't always remember to empty the tank meaning it will often stop working for several hours or indeed overnight.
