Nice bright light with fresh batteries
At first I thought they didn't work - I got batteries out of my stash, they turned on, but they faded quickly. Over and over. THEN I realized that,while the batteries were not used, they were not new, so I opened a new pack of batteries and put them in. Worked great, nice and bright. Not bad for the price...
Price point is very good for what they do. The overall light is much dimmer than the headlight that I was replacing but the battery life is greatly improved! One of the lights is already broken as the buttons have failed and one can't turn the light off anymore. This black light works great. We moved into our new house recently and we were told to check for scorpions once in awhile. I bought this black light to locate scorpions and sure enough, it does the job. They light up like a candle. Unfortunately, the light shows more than just scorpions.
