So so
The wiring diagrams and instructions are vague but I assume an electrician can figure that out. The box is single circuit 220 v only but you can run the output to a subpanel increasing cost. Ground and neutral are not isolated, only the hot. Most of the time it will not matter. My biggest gripe is the vendors do not have these in stock but have the manufacturer ship direct so they really don't control the delivery dates.
