AMAZING!!
I live in southern AZ where the average humidity is between 5-10%. Everything dries up even when in a double sealed bag. I had an unopened 2# bag of brown sugar that had gotten as hard as a rock. I couldn't even break it with a hammer (I tried). I put it in my new Prokeeper and within 24 hours my brown sugar was soft and normal. I LUV it and am going to get more for my raisins & coconut. No more bricks
Very well made. It has a snap in porus clay dist. In the top. The disc is removed and soaked in cold water 15 mins, like a humidor the contents don,t become a brick.
