Awesome & Trustworthy Shredder
Over the years, I had used more than 6 units Paper Shredder and always experiencing motor burned out, even how careful when using and I used the Shredder OCCASIONALLY, maybe just once a month. The last unit was purchased from Staples years ago, INFORGUARD 8-Sheet Cross Cut Paper Shredder. Hoping to have longer use, the most sheets I cut at a time was 5-6 sheets. Although motor is still running but won't "go" in. Years back, I purchased 2 units from Fry's Electronics with plans to bring to the Philippines but I put it aside and totally forgot about it. At the time when I encountered problem with the INFOGUARD, while looking for other things, I found the 2 TOTALLY NEW & UNUSED units in our garage - 1/TARGUS Slim Profile Shredder with 6-Sheet Capacity and 1/VIVITAR 6-Sheet Strip Cut Shredder. MOTOR OF BOTH UNTS ARE OKAY BUT ENCOUNTERED THE SAME PROBLEM AS INFOGUARD - PAPER WON'T "GO' IN! This AMAZONBASIC 8-Sheet Capacity Cross-Cut Paper Shredder is simply AWESOME. Good shredder, works great, adjustable size for using bigger wastecan!
