Good Reference Material
Having practically no knowledge base about arborist work, this is a good reference/learning book; however, nothing takes the place of a mentor and experience. The book starts out with a personal story of mistakes made on a climb which ended in a 40 foot fall onto frozen ground. Jeff tells of all the things he did wrong; luckily he escaped with no injuries (or minor at most.)
