Excellent for Baking
I recently used this product to make peppernuts. It was fantastic. The quality of the oil was probably the best I've ever used. The flavor of anise came through beautifully. The nice thing about this oil is that while working the dough with my hands, it made my hands soft. Also, anise is a good digestive ingredient. We also use anise for our diffuser, but this brand is particularly good for baking. I will be purchasing this again as anise oil for baking is hard to find.
