Capacitor Seiko 3023 5MY For Seiko / Citizen Capacitor Seiko 3023 5MY For Seiko / Citizen TC920. For Calibres 5M22A, 5M23A, 5M25A, 5M42, 5M43, 5M47, 5M54, YT57 and YT58. Replaces Seiko Capacitor 3023.5MZ Capacitors can only be correctly supplied using the calibre number of the movement. Please note, capacitors are supplied from the factory with little or no charge to avoid damage before they are fitted. When they are replaced they need to be given a good initial charge. For watches with a rotor we suggest wearing the watch and for watches charged by light we suggest leaving in strong sunlight (better than artificial light). Works well!
I was a little apprehensive about opening this watch and removing screws that require tweezers to pick up but this really wasn’t a big issue other than keeping up with the screws during reassembly. This looks similar to a battery.

Get a stuttering lorus kinetic running again
When I bought my watch the label said "never change a battery" it is a lorus with a YT58B movement. Turns out that you may need to fit a capacitor and this one is the one that you need to get your old watch running again.
