The KL 703 gives me plenty of power to reach the far away stations with ease. I get very good reports from many stations. I get reports saying I give them 3 S-units or more than I gave them with my KL 503 unit, and that does make a difference.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good amp for the money
I purchased 2 of these KL 703 by RM, both giving me around 450 watts with a dead carrier of 25 watts, on SSB with 30 watts of input they reached the 500 watts. Just a warning, do not exceed the 30 watts input limit or the 16 transistors will be damaged.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
